Our franchisees recognise Claire as their connection to efficient processes and support to grow their businesses. She manages our Client Support Group, Stepping Stone Customer Service (customer service for our client's clients) and Business Accountability Management Team (part of our dedication to providing world class support and business mentoring)

Having Claire manage these three camps in our business development is demanding, yet a role she has perfected since April 2006 after having worked with our Directors (Damien and Damian) at Universal Telecom.

Claire's analytical background in Criminology (a Psychology degree and Criminology masters degree, along with three years work experience) enables her to put her psychological profiling and "Cracker" mind to good use with telcoinabox clients. She gets to the core of their motives and mission with disarming insight.

As an émigré from Northern Ireland, Claire especially enjoys the Australian weather and lifestyle. Married to a lucky Irish bloke in 2007, she looks forward to a long-term commitment to her telcoinabox career and family life downunder.
