Claire Smith

Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Claire graduated from Queens University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a Masters Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Upon graduation she joined the Northern Ireland Association for Care and Resettlement of Offenders (NIACRO), as a Criminology Researcher, working closely with the probation service, prison workers and social services researching recidivism of offenders and young people coming into contact with the criminal justice system.

Following some travelling around Australia in 2004 Claire joined Universal Telecom (later Your Telecom) as a Business Account Manager, managing a team of Account Managers. When Your Telecom was sold to the Commander Group, Claire joined telcoinabox, initially as a National Account Manager. In 2007 Claire became Operations Manager and now manages the Migration team, four Operational teams (Provisioning, Billing, Faults and Client Care), as well as the Office Administrator.
